Vivian Cardoso nació en Curitiba, Brasil en 2002. Comenzó su carrera artística como actriz especializada en teatro musical pero fue mientras estudiaba actuación para cine en el extranjero en NYFA que descubrió su pasión por el cine y su deseo de trabajar detrás de las cámaras. Así, en el 2021 comenzó a estudiar Cine en la Universidad donde participó en la producción de varios cortometrajes y luego en el 2022 se le ocurrió la idea de “13: For Girls”, haciendo pareja con su colega y productora Beatriz Litzinger para crear un cortometraje que trataría los temas del sexismo y la sexualización temprana de las niñas, en el que actuó como Directora y Guionista.

Vivian Cardoso was born in Curitiba, Brazil in 2002. She started her artistic career as an actress specialized in musical theater but it was when studying acting for film abroad at NYFA that she discovered her passion for film and her desire to work behind the cameras. So, in 2021 she started studying Film at University where she participated in the production of several short films and then in 2022 she came up with the idea of “13: For Girls”, pairing up with her colleague and producer Beatriz Litzinger to create a short film that would discuss the themes of sexism and the early sexualization of girls, in witch she acted as Director and Screenwriter.
